Dever\u00e1 conter na senten\u00e7a a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o para cada possuidor de forma igualit\u00e1ria. Esse dispositivo trata-se de uma norma de direito material, que visa estabelecer uma nova modalidade de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de propriedade, como supracitado a partir do per\u00edodo de 5 anos.<\/p>\n<p>Neste sentido, ir\u00e1 ocorrer a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos requisitos do tamanho da \u00e1rea, do tempo da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, da inexist\u00eancia de outra propriedade bem como a impossibilidade de individualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos terrenos \u2013 estes s\u00e3o crit\u00e9rios objetivos, por outro lado o crit\u00e9rio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o ser exclusivamente de baixa renda, ser\u00e1 analisado pelo juiz respons\u00e1vel pelo julgamento da lide.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, a usucapi\u00e3o coletiva de im\u00f3vel urbano, deve ser declarada pelo juiz, mediante senten\u00e7a, servindo esta de t\u00edtulo para registro no cart\u00f3rio de registro de im\u00f3veis. Nesta senten\u00e7a o juiz distribuir\u00e1 fra\u00e7\u00e3o de igual valor a cada possuidor do terreno, salvo hip\u00f3teses de acordo escrito entre os cond\u00f4minos.
